The Challenge
The insurance brokerage had grown over a period of a few years through a variety of acquisitions. As a result, a large range of assets, specifically the technology and processes, were acquired and there was a need to standardise technology across the business. Teams were also segregated and had implemented various processes and tooling for testing.
The client was embarking on a number of projects to streamline the technologies stacks across the business and also improve the efficiency of project teams by standardising approaches and tooling. For their internal testing, this involved adopting a common test framework and capability.
The Solution
Over the course of the engagement, CQE rapidly rolled out the automation accelerator, with accompanying expert consultancy and training services, to achieve comprehensive end to end automated testing capabilities.
